How to care for your bag?
To care for your leather handbag, we recommend applying a non-greasy cream to help minimize scratches on the leather. Avoid applying the cream to the patent section. Use a dry microfiber cloth to preserve the patent leather.
Store your bag in its protective dust bag, avoiding damp or poorly ventilated spaces. Avoid prolonged exposure to heat and light, which can alter the leather’s color and quality.
The house offers a restoration service, designed to extend the life of a piece so you can enjoy it for as long as possible.
Plain leather products are guaranteed for up to two years after the purchase date against any manufacturing defect.
What is the delivery time?
Your order will be shipped within a maximum of 10 working days:
– Mainland France: tracked Colissimo (2 to 3 working days), free from €250, or DHL Express (delivery within 24h)
– Europe & international: DHL Express, 2 to 5 working days depending on destination.
Can an item be returned?
You have 14 days from receipt to return an item free of charge in its original condition.
